Optimising the Curriculum
"Optimising the Curriculum" is about providing the best student and staff experience we can within our envelope of available resources and capabilities. This requires us to examine our aspirations, our practices and our opportunities whilst recognising both the environmental pressures we face and the changing nature of higher education. This process is supported through the production of annual plans, which can be implemented, evaluated and revised. The aim is that this process will become an embedded part of the planning process. To assist in the production of these plans background information, a summary of previous plans and a planning template are available below (school plans are internal only documents).
If you would like to discuss any particular aspect of your OTC plan, or would like support in implementing your OTC strategy please contact Dorothy Oakey, Head of Staff and Curriculum Development, EDU (d.h.oakey@salford.ac.uk, ext 52337).
