Online Staff Development
Two approaches to online learning have been taken:
- Blended learning: a workshop comprising online preparation and a face-to-face workshop.
- Self-study: stand-alone materials which can be accessed as and when a development need arises, at a time and place which best suits you.
The delivery format and estimated time required to complete each pack is indicated alongside the course description. All the packs have been designed to enable you to dip in and out - don't feel that you have to complete them in one sitting.
