The Staff and Curriculum Development Team are experienced in the specification, planning and delivery of a wide number of customized solutions to training and development.

We are able to work with you in a number of ways. We can:

Co-ordinate or facilitate events or awaydays tailored to your specific needs
Provide advice on planning, delivering and evaluating in-house events and on identifying appropriate facilitators
Provide financial support for in-house events
Provide advice around managing change

Using the skills of process consultancy we can also work more closely with you to:

Identify learning and development goals
Discuss strategies for goal achievement
Design and deliver appropriate learning and development activities
Commission activities by other internal or external providers
Design and implement evaluation frameworks to identify outcomes achieved
